Conference Call is a service that allows customers to conduct talkswith the 5 (five) goals at once at the same time, in which all partiescan talk and listen to each other.
How to do the conference call are as follows:
• Customer A (initiator) is conducting a conversation with B
• Customer A (initiator) to hold a conversation B
• Customer A (initiator) conversing with C
• Customer A (initiator) have a conversation back to the B
Customers are charged for doing. Hold. and the initiator (customerA) is responsible for all costs of the call.
